Schools in Crockett County

Ozona is Crockett County's only town, and all three of the county's public schools are right there — making this one of Texas's most self-contained school landscapes. The entire district feeds through a single pipeline from Ozona Elementary to Ozona Middle to Ozona High School. The elementary and middle schools land around the 57th–60th percentile statewide, respectable marks for a rural district of this size and remoteness. Families here don't weigh competing districts or school choice within the county; the question is simply how well this one district serves their children through each grade band.
