Glacier Middle School

Glacier Middle School serves the SeaTac community, a dense, working-class neighborhood near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport where families come from all over the world — the area has some of the most remarkable cultural and linguistic diversity in the entire Pacific Northwest. The school's student body reflects that richness, and families who value an inclusive, multicultural environment may find it a meaningful place for their kids to grow. That said, academic test scores currently rank near the bottom of Washington middle schools, so families with strong academic priorities may want to look closely at what additional supports or enrichment they're providing at home.
