Natomas High

Natomas High sits in the fast-growing northwest Sacramento neighborhood of Natomas, an area that's drawn a lot of young families over the past decade thanks to its newer housing developments and proximity to the airport corridor. The school's academics are a work in progress — scores in English, math, and science are below state averages, which may give pause to families prioritizing test performance. That said, Natomas itself has a lot of community energy, and families who are engaged and looking to be part of a school that's still finding its footing in a rapidly developing part of Sacramento may find it worth a closer look.
